Scope of application & notes:

• Optimal application temperature: above 4 °C

• Does not penetrate capped brood cells

• Use only during broodless periods (autumn/winter) or with young colonies without brood!

Types of applications:

• Drip application (optimal at temperatures below 5 °C):

• Heat the oxalic acid solution in a lukewarm water bath (30–35 °C) .

• Add 222g of sugar to the 1-liter bottle containing 230ml of concentrate and shake vigorously until the sugar is dissolved.

• Drip the lukewarm solution directly onto the bees in the honeycomb spaces using a syringe .

• Spray application (recommended for young colonies & swarms):

• Use drinking water of hardness range I (0–7° dH) or distilled water .

• For the 0.5 liter bottle containing 230 ml of concentrate, add 200 ml of water and shake well.

• Apply the prepared solution evenly to the bees using a spray bottle .

• Adjust the dosage according to the number of people in the honeycomb!
