The stainless steel honey sump with 5 filter chambers and a two-part lid offers an innovative solution for the efficient filtration of large quantities of honey directly from the honey extractor. With its robust materials and well-designed construction, this product ensures a smooth and long-lasting filtration process.

The set includes 7 removable sieve plates in three different versions:

• 2x Coarse sieve : For filtering larger particles such as wax or pollen.
• 2x fine sieve : For the fine filtration of the smallest impurities.
• 2x sieve plates without perforations : For an extremely long service life without cleaning the other sieves.

The solid sieve plates provide a clever filtration mechanism: Light wax particles float on the surface of the plate and are not allowed to pass through, as the plate does not extend to the bottom. This allows the clarified honey to flow freely from below, while larger particles are pre-filtered. As a result, the subsequent sieves remain clean and require less frequent cleaning.

The honey sump can be supplemented with a honey pump and heater if required to increase the process speed and keep the honey constantly at the optimal temperature.

• Height of the upper outlet (bottom edge): approx. 17 cm

Optionally, the height can be increased by installing casters to allow for the convenient placement of a bucket under the outlet.
