With a mesh size of just 0.315 mm, wax particles as well as other fine impurities and crystals are reliably retained – for cleanly filtered honey with good flow at the same time.

Designed specifically for the Honigtherm

The sturdy sieve ring is designed for use in the Honigtherm and replaces traditional disposable or fabric filters. Thanks to the robust stainless steel mesh, the honey can flow evenly through the sieve while coarse and fine residues remain behind.

Another advantage when processing crystallized honey: the stainless steel construction supports even heat transfer, allowing existing honey crystals to dissolve efficiently during use in the Honigtherm.

Hygienic, durable and reusable

Unlike straining cloths or filter bags, the stainless steel fine sieve is easy to clean and can be reused again and again. The rustproof stainless steel is robust, hygienic and suitable for regular use in honey processing.

Note on use in the Melitherm:
The sieve is primarily intended for the Honigtherm. When used in a Melitherm, a thicker sealing ring is required so that the sieve can be fitted properly and securely.
