Quick dispenser for oxalic acid evaporators – conversion kit, Teflon lid or dosing unit

Upgrade your oxalic acid evaporator with an adjustable quick dispenser and make application more convenient. The retrofit system consists of a Teflon lid with receiving opening and a matching quick dosing unit.

From us, you can get the complete conversion kit as well as both components individually. This allows you to modernise your existing evaporator or specifically add or replace a required component.

Three versions to choose from

Please select the desired version before purchase. The scope of delivery depends on the selected variant.

Adjustable quick dosing unit

The quick dosing unit enables convenient dosing and can be adjusted to the required dosage amount. It is inserted into the designated opening of the compatible Teflon lid.

The knurled surface provides grip during adjustment. Thanks to its separate availability, you can also purchase the dosing unit individually if needed.

Note: The “Quick dosing unit only” variant does not include a Teflon lid.

Teflon lid with receiving opening

The Teflon lid serves as an adapter between the evaporator and the quick dosing unit. Its central opening holds the matching quick dispenser.

Dimensions of the Teflon lid:

• Lower outer diameter: 35 mm

• Upper outer diameter: 40 mm

• Material: Teflon (PTFE)

The lid is also available as an individual adapter ring – practical as a spare part or as an addition to an existing dosing unit.

Note: The “Teflon lid / adapter ring only” variant does not include a quick dosing unit.

Compatible evaporators and compatibility

The conversion kit is intended for retrofitting our following devices:

• Sublimator OX – item number 1006

• Sublimator with gas burner and thermometer – item number 1009

Compatibility with Sublimox and other oxalic acid vaporizers is possible, but has not yet been tested by us.

Please check before purchasing whether the shape and dimensions of the Teflon lid are suitable for holding your vaporizer. When combining it with existing individual components, the fit between the dosing unit and the receiving opening must also be taken into account.
