The Stainless steel honey sump with 5 filter chambers and one two-part support lid offers an innovative solution for the efficient filtration of large quantities of honey directly from the honey extractor. With its robust materials and well-thought-out construction, this product ensures a smooth and long-lasting filtration process.

The set includes 7 removable sieve plates in three different versions:

• 2x coarse sieve: To filter larger particles such as wax or pollen.
• 2x fine sieve: For the fine filtration of the smallest impurities.
• 2x sieve plates without holes: For an extremely long service life without cleaning the other sieves.

The Sieve plates without perforations provide a clever filtration mechanism: light wax particles float on the surface of the plate and are not allowed through because the plate does not reach to the bottom. This means that the clarified honey can flow through unhindered from below, while coarser particles are already pre-filtered. This means that the subsequent sieves stay clean and need to be cleaned less often.
