Description
Description
Fully automatic honey mixing machine 250 kg with heating – for fine-creamed honey
Produce fine-creamed honey, automate stirring times and fill conveniently: this honey mixing machine with heating for up to 250 kg of honey supports you in controlled honey processing. The programmable control, the adjustable stirring speed and the 750-watt heating with automatic temperature control allow adaptation to different honey varieties and processing workflows.
The double-walled stainless steel tank, the rimless sloping base and the removable stirring and motor unit make cleaning easier. The mobile base frame provides mobility in the workspace.
Important: The unit is not designed for stirring hard or completely solid-crystallized honey. The honey must already be at least pourable before filling.
Your benefits at a glance
-
Automatic stirring cycles: Operating time as well as stirring and pause times can be set individually. The unit carries out the programmed sequences and reduces manual workload.
-
Adjustable stirring speed: Adjust the speed to the honey consistency and fill level – for thorough mixing with as little air incorporation as possible.
-
Integrated heating: The 750-watt heating with automatic temperature control enables controlled tempering of already pourable honey.
-
Adjustable stainless steel stirrer: When partially filled, individual stirring rods can be removed. This allows the stirrer to be adapted to the fill level.
-
Easy-clean design: The rimless sloping base helps the honey drain out easily. The removable stirring and motor unit provides access to the inside of the tank.
-
Low-position stainless steel honey gate: The outlet is located at the lowest point of the tank and supports the most complete emptying possible.
-
Flexible connection options: The screwed-in honey gate can be removed if required and replaced with a suitable hose connection, for example for connection to a honey pump or a filling machine.
-
Mobile base frame: Sturdy castors make it easier to position the honey stirrer in the processing room.
Our recommendation for fine-creamed honey
For an even result, the preparation of the honey, a suitable seed honey and the right filling time are crucial.
-
Prepare the honey: Fully liquefy honey that has already crystallized coarsely to allow a controlled restart of crystallization. For this, we recommend a Honigtherm or Melitherm . Before subsequent seeding, there should no longer be any coarse residual crystals present. Fresh, still-liquid honey does not require additional liquefying.
-
Allow to cool: Let the liquefied honey cool to room temperature. When mixing, the honey and the seed honey should ideally be at the same temperature.
-
Seed with finely creamed honey: Use a particularly fine-crystallized, creamy seed honey. In many cases, 5–10% seed honey is sufficient. For slowly crystallizing summer blossom honeys, we recommend a higher proportion of 10–15%, depending on the base honey.
-
Set the stirring program: Select suitable stirring and pause times as well as an appropriate speed. A cool processing room at around 14–16 °C promotes crystallization. The time required depends, among other things, on the type of honey, the temperature and the proportion of seed honey.
-
Bottle in time: Bottle the honey as soon as the desired fine-creamy consistency has been reached and it still flows well. Do not allow it to crystallize completely solid in the machine. This avoids unnecessary further stirring and excessive strain on the drive unit.
Alternatively, honey that is already flowable can be further liquefied using the integrated heating and agitator. Only warm it as much and for as long as necessary. Before seeding, it must be allowed to cool down sufficiently again.
Avoid introducing air when partially filled
During operation, the uppermost installed stirring elements should be covered with at least 5 cm of honey. With a lower fill level, individual stirring rods can be removed for this purpose. An adjusted speed also helps reduce air incorporation and foam formation.
Check the consistency regularly: the automatic system carries out the set stirring cycles, but the ideal bottling time depends on the actual condition of the honey.
