First collect the honey, then clean thoroughly: This cleaning set consisting of a honey scraper and flexible wash mitt makes it easier to clean honey containers, bottling tanks, honey buckets and honey extractors. These two helpers complement each other in daily beekeeping work – from scraping out valuable honey residues to the subsequent wet cleaning.

The plastic honey scraper helps to push together and remove any remaining honey from the container walls and base. This allows the honey to be collected before water is added for cleaning, avoiding unnecessary waste.

For wet cleaning, the knitted wash mitt made from special fibre is used. Its special combination of fibre and knit structure loosens honey and wax residues and cleans stainless steel and plastic surfaces gently without leaving scratches. The flexible knit adapts to the hand and enables direct contact with curves, container walls and bases.

Application in two steps

1. Scrape off honey residues: Use the honey scraper to push together and collect the remaining honey from the walls and base. Carry out this step before adding water.

2. Wet clean with the mitt: Moisten the wash mitt and clean the surfaces with water. If needed, add a little beekeeping cleaner according to its dosage recommendation to the water. Then rinse with clean water and allow to dry.
