The honey flows into the stainless steel tub on one side and passes through four chambers that are separated from each other with coarse and fine sieves. The integrated heating unit with timer keeps the honey liquid and ensures that it can run optimally through the sieves.

Two lids of different sizes enable filling without major heat loss - the smaller lid covers one chamber, while the larger one keeps the remaining three chambers closed. The clarified honey finally flows out through the outlet with a ball valve and can be processed directly.

The honey swamp is made entirely of stainless steel and stands on sturdy, rubberized wheels with a parking brake - so it remains mobile and safe at the same time.
