With this adjustable wooden soap cutter, handmade soap loaves can be portioned cleanly, evenly, and consistently. The sturdy wooden cutting device holds the soap loaf in position while cutting, making controlled, straight cuts much easier.

Especially practical is the finely adjustable stop guide: the desired bar thickness can be set so that several soap bars can be cut one after another to the same width as accurately as possible. Ideal for anyone who wants to make handmade soaps that are not only beautiful, but also evenly portioned and professionally presented.

The package includes two different cutting blades: a smooth blade for classic straight cut surfaces and a wavy blade for decorative, textured soap edges.

Uniform soap bars – easy and controlled portioning

After curing, the soap loaf is placed into the wooden guide and aligned against the adjustable stop. The blade is then guided downward through the intended guide slot.

This allows the soap loaf to be portioned piece by piece without having to measure the width of each individual bar by hand every time.

Two blades already included

Ideal to combine with our wooden pouring mould SKU 1545

We particularly recommend combining it with our wooden soap mould with silicone insert and lid, SKU 1545.

Using the mould, you first create an even soap block. Once fully hardened and removed from the mould, the block is then placed in the soap cutter and adjusted to the desired bar thickness.

This gives you a coordinated system:

1. Prepare the soap mixture
Melt the raw soap or soap base and refine as desired with colour and fragrance.

2. Pour into SKU 1545
Fill the silicone mould with the soap mixture and allow it to harden.

3. Remove the soap block from the mould
The flexible silicone insert makes it easier to release the entire block.

4. Set the bar width
Adjust the stop on the wooden soap cutter to the desired portion size.

5. Cut evenly
Portion bar after bar using a smooth or wavy blade.

This creates handmade soap with consistent quality, uniform dimensions and a professional appearance.

Safer and more controlled than freehand cutting

The side wooden guides stabilise the soap block during cutting. The designated cutting slots help guide the blade through the block as straight as possible.

This makes portioning more controlled and easier than freehand cutting on a board.

As with all cutting tools, the blades should be used carefully and stored out of the reach of children.
