Summer Application – Spraying (3% solution)

Preparation of the 3% solution

• Mix 230 ml of concentrate with 200 ml of drinking water
• Shake well until everything is completely dissolved

Dosage

• 2-4 ml per completely bee-filled honeycomb side
• Correspondingly less for partially occupied honeycomb sides
• Swarms and artificial swarms: 20-25 ml per kg of bee mass

Winter Application – Drizzle (3.5% solution)

Preparation of the dripping solution

• Heat the concentrate in a water bath to approx. 30–35 °C
• Add 222g sugar
• Shake well until the sugar is completely dissolved

Dosage

• 2–4 ml per occupied honeycomb alley (depending on the size of the hive)
